I found that this article has very good explanations on how people were saved in the OT. (using the Bible as evidence) If anyone disagrees with the article or has other thoughts/views please let me know. (especially Pastor Cephas) Certainly I'm not the expert on this but found it to be the best explanation to show what I currently understand. It also helps me to understand this week's passage in Romans.

Hi, Frances. I read the article. It is a wonderful article to reveal the truth of salvation very clearly. How did you find it? You are already the expert on revealing the essence of the Bible and helping people with God's words in the Bible.

Thank you. I'm hardly the expert. But thank you anyway. I found the article very quickly. I typed "how people were saved in the OT" in google. So many websites come up with that information. I saw this one right away and read it thoroughly. In the past I've researched that question but never could find an answer that helped me adequately. But I saw this one and it helped. However, I have to read it a few more times for it to sink in enough. (enter my brain enough...ha ha)
I want to say something about searching. There is much information about the Bible online. However, many people DO NOT have the same opinion about things and preach false truths. Some things are very discouraging and many words distort the true meaning. So people need to be very cautious about using online answers about the Bible (believing those are the true answers...sometimes they are not). It's better if they ask you or their Bible teacher (if they are in some other country). If the Bible teacher discusses it and agrees, using the Bible as their reference as backup, then chances are it's the truth. Also they can pray about it to God to get some idea if the information is correct or not. That is why I posted this and also asked you about it. If you said it was distorting some truth I'd delete.
Thank you for reading and confirming.
